Stacks and stacks

I have bought more books in the first 3.5 months of this year, I think, than I did all of 2011. Now that the thesis is in the bag, as they say, it’s time to read.

I wonder what people out there are reading, what’s really got them excited to pick up a book. I am definitely looking forward to Matt Bell’s “Cataclysm Baby.” The press for it so far is awesome.

What else I’ve bought that I have yet to touch:
“My Date With Neanderthal Woman” by David Galef
“Damascus” by Joshua Mohr
“Spoiler Alert” by Laura Eve Engel and Adam Peterson
“Threats” by Amelia Gray

Still working through “Fires of Our Choosing” by Eugene Cross (excellent book), “Daddys” by Lindsay Hunter, and “Pulphead” by John Jeremiah Sullivan. All excellent stuff.
