October Writing

A former poetry professor said once that October is the best month to write in, that for whatever reason your stuff will be best in October, as the leaves change and the decay – and, the associated beauty – starts to set in, as the temperature drops, as the slide to winter begins.

In response to this, I am going to write a new piece – flash fiction, flash nonfiction – every day in October. Just to see what comes out, what’s good and what’s not, what October really draws out of us.
